Bunnies need help!

We have received an email in regards to 4 rabbits they have been living in an emergency shelter... for 18 MONTHS! They are being fed livestock grain, bread and fruit... a horrible bunny diet. There are a male, female and a bonded pair of girls. One possibly has an eye infection but otherwise appear healthy (to be confirmed by vet evaluation).
